Welcome to Rushmoor Borough Council’s Home Finder scheme, a new way of allocating housing association properties for rent.
We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week on this site, by telephone on 01252 398227 or by text 07781 486 687.
If you are registered on the Rushmoor Housing Register we will no longer match you to a property, instead you can look for a property through the Home Finder scheme.
You must then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding. You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto our Housing Register.
WARNING there are about 4,800 applicants on our Housing Register. Each year about 350 are housed and these applicants have had the highest priority and may have waited years before being successful. If you live outside of Rushmoor you will have lower points than local residents. Please consider these facts before you make an application to ensure you do not waste your time. If you want to talk to us about this please click-on how to contact us.
