Please don't forget to tell us if you have changed your mobile or home phone number - we may need to contact you at short notice. You could miss out on a property.
Welcome to Rushmoor Home Finder, Rushmoor Borough Council's on-line system for allocating housing association properties to rent.
You may use Home Finder if you have been accepted into Rushmoor's housing 'allocation pool'. To be accepted into the 'allocation pool' you must have an interview with a housing officer who will assess your circumstances and decide if you meet the criteria. Unfortunately, we can only consider people who are in high housing need due to the limited supply of social housing in the Borough.
Please note we no longer have a housing register or a housing register application form.
If you have been placed into the Council's 'allocation pool' you can use our scheme to apply for housing association accommodation in Rushmoor and surrounding areas.
We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available to rent will be advertised each week from midnight Wednesday through to midnight Sunday - this is known as the bidding cycle.
You must then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding.
Bids are ranked according to priority in the 'allocation pool' -it makes no difference when you bid within the bidding cycle.
Search for available properties or by telephone on 01252 398227, by text 07781 486 687.
For more information on the 'allocation pool' contact us.
